This highly appointed, architecturally designed house has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will enjoy uninterupted mountain views from all living spaces and bedrooms.

Open plan living for the lounge, dining and kitchen areas plus external access from the bedrooms gives the whole house a great indoor/outdoor flow.

Free highspeed wireless Internet and Sky TV with Sport Channels.

Heating consists of two heat pumps and a real flame gas fire.

Direct access to playing fields and being close to nearby playgrounds will be great for guests with children.

Can comfortably accomodate two families.

Also situated right beside our other property "Simply Stunning II". Subject to availability larger groups could book both houses and accomodate up to 16 guests.

Summary: We loved everything about Peter‘s place. In particular, the proximity to town (12 minute walk), the view of the mountains, the open-concept main living space with huge sliding doors, completely opening the house to the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable, appliances were all high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The outdoor umbrella broke while we were there due to the wind and Peter replaced it the very next day. Communication with him was timely, friendly, and easy. We could not have asked for a better accommodation for our six day stay in Wanaka and we hope to be back! Sylvia and family .
