Summary: Place was conveniently located, close to centre town and cultural activities centres, close to buses. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to laundry facilities, $2NZ for each a washer and dryer. Room had a nice big kitchen with gaz burners. Liked that staff brought fresh towels, coffee, etc in the morning and left it on a chair outside our room. We noted that the room looked fatigued and needed a bit of refreshing. Carpet appeared dirty. The room would also need painting. Bedcovers/ bedspreads very used and blah.
