Lovely 3 bedroom home with great indoor-outdoor flow, one side with 1 bedroom, walk-in wardrobe a large ensuite bathroom, and the other side has two bedrooms with a comfortable size shared bathroom.
Laundry with a spacious shared open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area.
We are located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.

We offer fresh towels, and linens with beds prepared ready for your arrival please advise which beds you require.
There are ramps upon entrance to our home front and back, there is a slight lip into the house but okay for wheelchairs.
The street is lovely and quiet. With only minutes to the town centre by car or 10min walk. Take a lovely stroll along the Tongariro River Trail.
It is heated by a heat pump in the main lounge with also a couple of heaters available in the rooms if required.
Deck space both back and front of the house, sit, relax, and enjoy with a beer or glass of wine enjoying the sun and beautiful birdlife in the backyard.
If required, laundry space and supplies available for use, clothes pegs, and a clothesline.
Off-street private parking is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped to help make you feel like it’s a home away from home. Gas cooking hobs and electric oven, microwave. Basic cooking items like oil, salt, pepper, and oil for use.
