Positive: Good view. Clean. Facilities are good.

Negative: Heat pump was very noisy. Friday night partying neighbours loud music. Bed too soft. Cold air draft coming in to the room. Bit tricky with parking in the ground floor.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay overall.
