Private guest suite at the rear of the owners home with off street parking. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, 30 steps down to the Pohuketawa laden beach.
Bedroom equipped with comfortable King size bed and wardrobe, access to small deck in a bush setting.
Lounge furnished, sliding door to small private outdoor setting with BBQ.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hotplate and electric frying pan etc.
We have an air fryer, slow cooker and bread making machine and happy if you want to use.
New refurbished bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. Towels provided.
The whole suite has new carpet and hardflooring.
1 minute walk down to beach and 15 minute walk to Cafe and nearby shops.
There is currently no supermarket in Snells Beach but a well equipped food store and great Dairy. You might want to get your groceries in Warkworth (New World or Countdown) before heading out to Snells.
Surrounded by beautiful beaches and Regional Parks within half hour drive.
If you bring a child (as a 3rd guest) please let us know before you book. In bedroom is only a king size bed.
We love dogs, but only by prior approval due to our 2 cats.
