Sol Spa Oasis is a modern and stylish paradise retreat with a wonderfully elevated waterfront location on the exclusive Kennedy Point in sunny Surfdale. With expansive decks front and back, outdoor entertainment areas and a luxury spa pool perfectly positioned to capture the gloriously close sea views across the glistening harbour; this is a fabulous island find.
The interior is bright and modern, with open plan living flowing out onto front and back decks which are perfect for watching the boats in the harbour. Enjoy a thoughtfully designed getaway with everything you could need in a home away from home, including Wi-Fi, Smart TV and iPod docking station.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom 2 has a double bunk (top bunk suitable for children only)
Sol Spa Oasis is a chic, yet laidback, sanctuary with beachy styling and fun pops of colour. The hardwood flooring is ideal for sandy feet after a morning dip, with three swimming beaches close by. The covered ocean-facing deck at the rear is the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ dinner in the evening sun, before relaxing in the spa pool under a starlit sky.

Summary: Let me start by saying the actual property was fine. Fittings and fixtures were all good but it is being managed by a third party. This is where the problems start. We were traveling around NZ when the cyclone hit and I was trying to confirm that this property was still good and I never heard back. The day of our booking I got an email that I had to create another account on bachcare to get the info needed to check in. I wasn’t able to do so until I paid a $40 balance that I had no clue where it came from. Then, once inside, the only info given was via QR code. I go on holiday to disconnect- not create new logins and scan this and that. I’m assuming the additional fee I was charged was for linen which I think is ridiculous as well. I’ve travelled all over the world and never had to pay for linens when renting a home. All of this and proper maintenance isn’t even being done. The bathroom had dusty floors, a moldy shower, the cutlery drawer was FILTHY and we were given an old, used sponge for washing dishes. I’m sure Bachcare makes things easier for the owner, but as a guest- it was a terrible experience. Be warned!
