Each bedroom has uninterrupted sea views and the double ended expansive living space with gable ceiling has both sea and rural views.
Light floods into each room with floor to ceiling sliding doors in the bedrooms and over wall sliders at each end of the living space to create a picture perfect view. The kitchen has a mixture of bi-fold windows, a large picture window, skylights and opening window. There truly is a spectacular view everywhere you turn.
Both interior and exterior have been built to a high standard and the interior design has a Hamptons come New England feel, with traditional bathroom suite, taps and fittings from the prestigious Perrin & Rowe in Mayfair, London.
A bespoke designed shaker style kitchen with freestanding large gas stove and electric oven, french door double fridge, 2 dishwashers and large central island with stone top, this is an entertainers delight.
Carpeted bedrooms and timber wood flooring in the living area, with beautiful floor tiles in the bathrooms, this is a spacious property which has been cleverly designed and beautifully finished.

Parking is available for 4 cars on the concrete drive or why not bring the boat as the free launch at Leigh Harbour is just a 4 minute drive (or Omaha is just 17 minutes).
A neighbourhood watch area set up by the local community provides a good security patrol and there is also a fire station in Leigh for your peace of mind.

Children are welcome but we have't altered the property in anyway to make it child friendly - sorry! The maximum height of the deck above the ground is 1mtr. If staying in the winter, the wood burner doesn't have a fire guard.
