The Space:
On arrival, you’ll instantly feel at home with the inviting neutral tones of the house. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, artwork and large windows come together to set the tone of a luxurious property. This 320 square metre villa is spread over two stories. Features include two large open plan living areas a dining area, four bedrooms and a professionally equipped kitchen and private hot tub with jaw dropping views of the lake.
Three of the four bedrooms has a flat screen TV with Sky TV cable.
Sleeping up to 8 people with plenty of space, this gorgeous villa is just perfect for a relaxing getaway with a group or with family.
Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.
To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The villa is located a 10 minute drive from Central Queentown CBD in a private gated community called Hammock Ridge. Very peaceful at night to enjoy the stars, hot tub and sleep.
