Boasting a hot tub, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 x living areas - With TVs, heat-pump/air-conditioning unit, fireplace, Netflix and indoor/outdoor flow to the adjoining yet private back yard. The owners have also kindly provided a kayak and SUP (Stand up paddle-board) with trolley and life-jackets for guests to use. Downstairs has the master bedroom with ensuite. Head upstairs to a second living area on the mezzanine floor plus two further bedrooms and bathroom.
The bedding configuration is 1x King, 1 x Queen, 1x Split King, 2 x double fold out sofas on the mezzanine floor/second living area.
This home sleeps up to 10 guests. Please note - the sleeping area for 4 guests is a fold out couch in the upstairs mezzanine floor/open living area. Due to the position of this area it cannot be closed off and it is not curtained, meaning that it will be quite light in the morning.
Off street parking for boats, jet skis etc.

There is not a full fence to separate this yard with the yard of the connected house.
