45a Rossiter Ave is located at the front of the property through the first gate. The main home is at the rear of the section with access via the first gate also . The homes are joined but completely separate with separate access to both. Like any joined apartment style living, you will be aware of people living ‘next door’ We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum and always respect your privacy. We are available at any time by phone or text or feel free to come through the second gate and knock on our door!
