Four Bedroom, furnished and newly renovated and decorated home with ample off-street parking space. Enough space even to park your caravan and large backyard for children to play. The house includes a gas-heated fireplace in the lounge that heats up the whole house within 20mins; a heat pump/air conditioner (located in the dining area); and an infinity gas hot water system.
Centrally located, 600m from Rotorua Distinction hotel, and 3.5km from Rotorua Polynesian Spa (https://www.polynesianspa.co.nz/).
Perfect place to base yourself while in Rotorua and it’s great for the family to have a lovely and relaxing holiday while enjoying the convenient location. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, Central Mall, and many more shopping options and tourist attractions nearby. 400m to children’s public playground and 4km to Redwoods tree walk (https://www.treewalk.co.nz/gallery/), 11km to Wingspan National Bird of Prey Centre, 1334 Paradise Valley Road, Ngongotahā (https://www.wingspan.co.nz/), and many more attractions within a few minutes drive.
Bring your own bed linen, pillowcases, and towels. We provide pillows, kitchenware, tea/ coffee, 4k 50" smart TV, and unlimited fiber internet. We also provide some toys for the family who have kids to entertain. The Master bedroom has 2 single beds (can be used for couple or two singles), Bedroom #2 has, one king single and a trundle bed. Bedroom #3 has a single bed, and bedroom #4 has 1 single and a trundle bed. House can fit up to 7 guests, a great option for the whole family to stay.
Private decking: outdoor table and chairs for a family catch-up. You could enjoy the entire house during your stay. But please keep it clean and be nice to our neighbourhood.

We charge an extra NZ$69.00 per stay for setup/cleaning, but you need to do your dishes, clean up the kitchen, and put away the rubbish bags; free fibre WIFI (included);
