4 Bedroom House in Picton

• Situated just off Highway 1, 10 minutes’ walk to the town centre and a 3-minute drive to the ferry terminals.

The space
Entire Property-
Welcome to our spacious & comfortable home with views of Picton harbour. The garage is out of bounds but there is ample parking.

The House-
The house has four bedrooms (one with ensuite), a family bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and lounge opening out onto the upper deck with views out over the harbour and is comfortable for up to 9 people. There is also two sofa beds (one of which is in the living room (a double)) if you require space to sleep 3 more people.

Guest access
Drive up the shared driveway and head left at the letter boxes which opens out onto our gravel parking area.

To the left of the garage there are a few stairs to climb up to the front door.

Other things to note
• There is a completely separate apartment downstairs that is rented out full time. We do ask that you are considerate of the tenant and be mindful of noise and parking.

• For guests staying for more than a week that require fresh bedding during your stay, an additional laundry fee will apply of up to $60 depending on the amount required. This fee will be requested separately once the booking is confirmed. Please let us know the requirements before your arrival.

• This is a quiet neighborhood, so it is important that all guests respect that. If you are looking to have parties or create lots of noise then this is not the house for you.

• We are located up an extremely steep street, if you would like to walk into town during your stay and you have limited mobility or are faint hearted than this may not be suitable for you.

• Please be aware the deck off the main lounge is on the 1st floor so young children will need to be supervised at all times.

• The property is strictly no smoking and no pets.

• Bringing the boat? There is room to park a trailer boat on the drive, however there is not enough room to turn it around while attached to the tow vehicle. If your boat is light enough to be un-hitched and be turned manually on gravel then you will be fine otherwise do not attempt bringing it up the street when you turn off SH1 in Picton.

Check-in/ Check-out-
We will always try where possible to meet you for check-in. If we are unable, we will leave a key for you in the lockbox. Check-in from 3pm, Check-out by 10am.

Summary: Great place to stay and there were so many things to do in the area. Lisa was a great host and nothing wss a problem - even when we sprung a surprise of having 2 extras stay just an hour before arriving! Communication was excellent and the house well equiped and had plenty of room for everyone. Thanks again Lisa. We will definitely be recommending your place. Cheers Craig
