The best thing about our home is its location in the popular Hilltop area with spectacular lake and mountain views from the elelvated level. Perfect for either a large family, or family groups. It is comfortable and practically laid out, offering a large open plan living area. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are in one big room with a log fire to keep you cosy during the winter months.
Downstairs, there is a heat pump for warmth and all beds have electric blankets. Big garage for parking and bike storage. Parking for boats available too, entry through double gates at front of section. Access to lake is a five minute walk down a pathway through a cul-de-sac around the corner.
Short walking distance to the Hilltop shopping centre boasting the famous "Mole and Chicken" restaurant/bar, and the renowned fish and chips eatery "The Grasshopper". Park close by for the children and De Bretts is a 3 minute drive.
The fully fenced section is safe for children and toddlers, allowing them to utilise lawn area for games, playing and also jumping on the trampoline. Multiple areas available to sit and enjoy the sun while relaxing on holiday. Use also as an event base. We have our own rustic thermal hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. This is popular with all ages.
Internet, Porta cot, high chair and some baby linen available. Bring your own bedding and towels. Linen can be provided if requested for a small fee. This home is in a lovely quiet area, please be respectful of our neighbours at all times. Strictly no parties.
