Clean, warm, comfortable home in Maori Hill, a rich area of Dunedin, well known for its safe, quiet, beautiful environment and handy location. This big, well-maintained old home consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, two seperate toilets, full laundry, kitchen/dinning room and a separate lounge . The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and tableware. Two heat pumps and wood burners. It has a huge Rhododendron front garden, with the sounds of different native birds.Amazing place located so close to the city center but so peaceful and beautiful! Extremely quiet street to wake up to the birds singing in the morning!

Summary: The house was spacious, with large bedrooms and a fully appointed kitchen. It was unseasonably cold when we were there mid-January, but the two heat pumps and three oil column heaters provided were very effective.
