This home is nestled on almost 1700m of land perched above the Hamilton lake. On a clear day you can also see Mt Ruapehu, Mt Pirongia, Mt Maungatautari and the windmills near Raglan and Mt Kariori. There's a walkway down to Lake Domain Drive and the Hamilton Lake.
When you arrive through the front door you enter a large foyer area which beautiful kauri features. Downstairs has one bedroom, one bathroom, a large open plan lounge plus a bay window and formal dining area. The downstairs also has a kitchen and informal dining room. There is a large north facing deck a couch and 2 picnic tables so it's perfect for socialising.
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom which has a super king bed from which you can enjoy watching the sunrise. French doors open on to a balcony overlooking the lake. This room has it's own heat pump to warm you up on cold Waikato mornings.
There is a strict "no party" policy. Guest numbers have been reduced to 6 however with the permission from Rachel, the owner, this number could be increased.
Guest access:
The garage and a couple of rooms in the property have been locked and unavailable for guests. But there's still close to 300sq metres of house and deck to enjoy.
