Summary: The property itself is lovely—spacious, clean, and well suited to our group of four couples, with generous bedrooms and living areas that made it very comfortable.Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several maintenance issues. On arrival, a toilet was constantly running and unusable. We were advised the property manager was aware of the issue but unable to get it fixed, and were asked to share the ensuite toilet between eight adults, which wasn’t practical.As the issue remained unresolved, we drove to Mitre 10 to buy a part and repaired it ourselves which we were reimbursed for. While the property has great potential and is an excellent size for larger groups, the lack of timely maintenance and attention to detail detracted from what could have been a very enjoyable stay.
