Positive: All I liked about the property was the layout of the house
Negative: Where do I start . I’ve stayed at a lot of accommodation and this accommodation would have to be the worst ! Booked for 8 people for 4 days and only gave 1 toilet paper for the duration, the dishwasher that was used for cleaning dishes was mouldy inside the machine. They haven’t stated that someone else also rents the garage on the properly which wasn’t clearly stated otherwise I wouldn’t have picked this property to stay at. The property is right in the hood of Auckland and to top it off we had no hot water for 3days and the gas element wasn’t working because there was 2 empty gas cylinder we were expected to use for 4 days . No scrubbing brush for your dishes considering the dishwasher is not up to scratch, no kind hospitality like leaving a milk in the fridge , no salt or pepper or sauces like I’ve always had in the past in other accomodations. They also state they have laundry which they don’t have any washing machine , they say they have streaming services (netflix) which it didn’t it only had a aerial tv so be prepared to bring youre own . It also had dirty sheets like they haven’t even been changed since the last people . when you go on holiday you expect to get good hospitality especially when your paying money for these services but they were actually trying to access the house while no one was home and did access it because the door was unlocked when we come back which made me very uncomfortable. Also having him turn up at 11:30 at night sitting in the drive way watching the house
