As you enter the villa, the mid-level features the open-plan designer kitchen/dining area and a large walk-in butlers pantry. The sunken lounge with wide-screen TV and gas fireplace creates a cosy ambience, ideal for relaxing evenings with a glass of red or mug of earl grey. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows on either side of the living area open seamlessly to the expansive private terrace and impressive lake and mountain vistas.
On the top floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, while the other two bedrooms on this level share the second bathroom, kitted out with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Given their position on the top floor, all bedrooms on this top-level offer fantastic elevated lake and mountain views, with the northern sun dancing in between the roof forms and walls.
On the ground level, you will find another spacious studio-style bedroom with a large screen TV and bathroom.
