In addition there are 4 king-single bunks (two sets) in a separate sleep-out with TV. The recently renovated laundry completes the setup with an additional toilet and basin for extra comfort.

A spacious and well-appointed kitchen leads to the open plan lounge/dining area complete with leather couches, Bluetooth sound system, Apple TV with availability for guests to use their own Netflix and comfortable dining for 6 guests.

Off the lounge, French doors open to a sunny deck and flat lawn with large outdoor table and room for the kids to run around. A new BBQ and a brazier are awesome additions to your private outdoor haven with stunning views of the Arrow Hills and mountains beyond.

This well insulated cottage is kept warm and cosy during winter with a log burner, heat pump and heat transfer system as well as heaters in all bedrooms.

Please note the sleep out is not self contained though it does have insulation, heating and its own smart TV, and is in a converted garage with 5 small steps up to it.There are three off-street parking spaces available for guests. Netflix is accessible on the TV with guest's own Netflix account. Please remember to bring your Nespresso-compatible pods for a delicious coffee fix in the morning from the Nespresso machine.The recently renovated laundry completes the setup with an additional toilet and basin for extra comfort.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
