Summary: Just minutes out of Wellington CBD by car with its beaches, walkable downtown, and proximity to nearby attractions, The Penthouse on Evan's Bay was a beautiful place to unwind after fun filled days. The location is superb with sweeping panoramic views of the Bay, Waterfront Parade walk, and anchored boats in the distance. We enjoyed the scene while sipping wine on the ample deck of the studio or through floor to ceiling windows. It was a very comfortable stay with every modern convenience. Well appointed kitchen. Giles, the managing host, was welcoming, kind, and great source of local knowledge. The checkin instructions were clear and comprehensive. Included covered and secure parking was a bonus. We can recommend without reservation. It was a perfect and memorable conclusion to our North Island adventure before heading on the nearby ferry to head South.
