Summary: Excellent customer service. Marcia was kind enough to reshuffle our booking on short notice. Thank you. The place has been renovated quite recently. Modern amenities, clean rooms, excellent manchester, and a generous selection of TV channels. Our room came with a jacuzzi wich was an added bonus that was put to good use on the two cold nights. Thanks again, Marcia, Ash, and the entire team. Your commitment to excellence gives the big players in the hospitality sector a run for their money.
