Positive: The place was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. It is conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores and other retail shops. The host was very responsive and quick to address any concerns. The unit is also equipped with a kitchen and mini fridge, making it easy to prepare your own meals. During our stay, the kitchen exhaust fan was not working. However, the host promptly came to inspect it and arranged for a technician to check the issue, which we appreciated. Another great advantage is the location. The nearest bus stops are only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The only challenge we encountered was parking. The unit does not have a dedicated parking space, which the host had informed us about in advance. Guests may use the parking spaces within the complex, but these are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, most of the spaces were occupied during our stay, so we had to park on the street. As a result, we ended up receiving a parking ticket. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for its cleanliness, convenience, and responsive host. If you are planning to stay here and have a vehicle, I would recommend arranging or confirming parking options beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
