The ground floor has a grand entrance and large bedroom, with doors opening out to a courtyard, and full ensuite. An elevator and staircase connects all 3 floors. Kitchen has brand new appliances, including dishwasher, coffee machine, soda stream, video intercom and heat pump. Large 8 seater Carrera marble dining table, and super comfortable designer corner lounge suite. Large stone benchtop with bar stools makes for great entertaining.
