We are near the entry point to the Peninsula, where you can easily plan a day (or more) of activities that really showcase what Dunedin can offer. Supermarkets, beaches and a handful of eateries available within a 5 minute drive.

Walk up the steps from the carpark into a hallway and you'll immediately notice the spacious open plan kitchen / dining / living area on your left. French doors into an outdoor seating area with BBQ make this a great place to unwind. A double bedroom is located on your right, with a further 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom and laundry further down the hall.
There is ample space for 2 cars, in the driveway area directly outside the property. We are located 250m from a bus stop which services multiple routes towards Central Dunedin.
