This big and comfy property is located in Helensville Auckland. The huge 5 and a half hectares land will ensure that you are able to enjoy your peaceful holiday in a quiet and uninterrupted environment. Walking down the hill across the paddocks to the bottom of the property, there is a fully fenced bush area, about 2 hectares, with big kauri trees. You will surely enjoy the beautiful birdsongs.

The house is located on top of the hill which consists of 5 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 kitchenette including 2 master ensuite. The living area is wide and open with beautiful farm views from the sliding doors and windows. A large and fully functional kitchen in the main living room, and another kitchenette. The house also has a big and private outdoors swimming pool that is perfect for the summer.

It takes less than 45 minutes to drive to Auckland Airport, 35 minutes to drive to Auckland CBD, 20 minutes to the biggest Northwest Mall, less than 10 minutes to local town centres - Helensville and Waimauku. The nearby Huapai/Kumeu region is in the heart of the wine country. Lots of vineyards and ample restaurants are close by.

Our world famous special black sand beach of Muriwai is only 20 minute drive . It hosts a remarkable Gannet Colony (bird watching area) and the whole area has lots of walks and activities. Two great mountain biking tracks are short drive away. The local forests also host tree adventures, roping between giant pines and paint balling.

6. Swimming pool is natural heat only . Pease note that our price is even lower than similar properties without swimming pool in this area. We strive to keep the pool nicely clean and healthy. In case our swimming pool is not available (This has never occurred by now) because of damages or safety issues, no compensation is available, and no negative feedback is acceptable. Please do not book if you disagree with this.

7. Please bring your own food, drinks and towels. We provide Tea Towels and bath mats only.

8. If there are more than 10 people in your group, extra cost applies. Pleas contact the manager for details.
9. Earlier check in is not available as our cleaners' schedule is set.
