This beautifully renovated executive inner city home in Wellington is a fantastic choice for your next stay. Situated off Hobson St in Thorndon, this spacious property offers a range of impressive features. We are a 5 minute walk to Parliament, Sky Stadium and the waterfront...the location just does not get any better.
The space
This exceptional home in Wellington offers a stunning outdoor area, seamlessly connected to a spacious kitchen and family room through large stackable sliding doors. The family room is combined with a well-equipped designer kitchen, which includes a convenient scullery. In addition to this, there's a separate formal lounge with an ornate gas fireplace and french doors opening to a sunny deck. With four bedrooms in total, two featuring fully tiled ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience, this home is designed for comfort. A large study is set up for any work that needs to be done, a separate family bathroom, and two separate toilets round out the accommodations. For those chilly days, central heating keeps the house warm, and the presence of two gas fireplaces adds a cozy ambiance to the space.

All areas of the property are available for guests to enjoy but excludes the attic, Master wardrobe, one wardrobe in a bedroom, garage and garden shed. The fireplace is also not to be used but there are outside heaters.
