2 Bedroom House in Ngawi, Cape Palliser
Formerly the 'Grey Bach' with new owners. We've tried to retain the retro "Kiwi Bach feel' with a few improvements.
Great wee bach located in Cape Palliser bay on large section with incredible sea views.
Fully fenced, a great space for a relaxing family getaway with the kids!
New deck to enjoy the amazing beach views & soak in the sunshine.
The beach is right across the road and Ngawi Golf Course just a couple of minutes down the road, in the Ngawi Fishing Village.
Short drive to the Pinnacles, Cape Palliser lighthouse & the seal colony.
Cosy and comfortable with log fire for those colder winter days and evenings.
Outdoor shower for use after diving/swimming etc
Retro couch folds out to make another bed if needed.
Special conditions:
3 day (long weekends) require a minimum 3 night booking.
Minimum 4 nights over Christmas/New Year and "Big Three"
Rest of the year- Minimum stay of 2 nights.
All other nights are minimum 2 night bookings please.
Seasonal rates:
2nd March- 31st October $225 per night (for up to 5 guests)
1st November- 1st March $250 per night (for up to 5 guests)
Maximum occupancy is 5 guests
No dogs allowed.
No parties are permitted.
We have a television, with freeview only. DVD player & lots of DVDs to choose from.
Smoking permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. Guest must dispose of their butts, and not leave them lying around.
Please leave the bach clean and tidy as you find it on your departure.
However, there is the option of a $50 cleaning fee, if you prefer not to clean up at the end of your stay. Please advise when booking if you would like this option.
Please do not leave your rubbish in the fire box and take all rubbish with you.
Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels), tea/coffee, condiments, bathroom requirements etc.
