This lovely fully renovated self-contained bedsit studio is located in central Mission Bay. The studio is located in our sunny tranquil back yard separate from our family home and offers its own dedicated entrance ensuring your privacy.
Newly renovated this studio has a modern smart kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Your comfort and warmth is ensured with a heat pump offering heating and cooling year round, plus a choice of summer and winter weight duvets and bed quilt and cosy electric blanket.
Sky TV is connected to the studio to cover the sporting calender.
Recording is also available if you do not wont to miss any viewing.
Outside your studio is a small sunny elevated deck with outdoor table and chairs for your personal use. On request sun loungers and spa pool are also available for guests adjacent to our own home.
Our studio is within easy walking distance of the popular Mission Bay Beach with great cafes and restaurants offering a huge variety of dining choices, movie theatre and convenience stores. Eastridge shopping centre is also only a short walk from our studio with a large supermarket, bakery, post office, ATM, chemist etc.
Mission Bay is well served by regular public transport to and from downtown Auckland. There is a bus stop on the corner of our street or take a short walk to Tamaki Drive on the waterfront for more frequent bus services.
Enjoy various activities in the surrounding area including cycling canoeing. paddle boarding. Kelly Tarltons Underwater World is only 1.4 km away. Walk along the beautiful shoreline to nearby Kohimarama and the seaside village of St Heliers. Take a beautiful walk around the Orakei Basin and stop off at the popular newly established Orakei Village Complex with a gourmet food market, brewery, restaurants, cafes and retail shops.
Mission Bay is a terrific base for a relaxed and comfortable Auckland stay only 8 km from the hustle and bustle of Auckland City.
