Positive: Excellent supplies left for breakfast & accommodation was cosy & hosts have thought of everything to accomodate.
Negative: A bit too close to footpath as woken by people running past early in morning and not easy parking situation. Could park on street but would be a problem if an event was on at Eton Park.
