This is a sun drenched totally renovated 115sq mtr house with open planned living area,3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 99% fenced and in the middle of everywhere!! There are 2 deck areas both are covered by a pergola for a bit of sun protection and all weather alfresco dining along with a Café clear curtain to protect from wind. Awesome rural views. 3 bedrooms are sunny and excellent sizes & 2 with built in wardrobes.

15min easy walk to town, 10min drive to Waihi Beach
You only need to unpack once, take a day trip to Coromandel- Whitianga - Mt Maunganui - Tauranga - Rotorua - Hamilton all under 1 - 1 1/2 hrs from Waihi
