Positive: The unit was in an excellent position for public transport to the city. The bathroom looked freshly renovated, tiny but efficient.
Negative: The unit seemed to be in the midst of being refreshed, there were many spots of paint on the carpet and some small bare patches on the wall. There were no bedside lamps, which makes walking in the dark in unfamiliar rooms difficult. The television was set to ?Japanese and I had no reply about it when I contacted the owner. My husband had previously been enjoying the NZ sport channels. No normal tea or coffee provided which is unusual. Parking was available but very poorly described how to locate it at the back of several units.
