Summary: We did not receive the information the day before arrival to give us details on how to get into the property. We then emailed and phoned a several numbers given and eventually were able to speak to someone. It took more than an hour to eventually get the details to get into the property. A beautiful home but tiled floors were sticky throughout, food and crumbs on the couch. Great location and would be fantastic if information was recieved so we didn't have to wait outside, and it was well cleaned.
