Conveniently located for Roslyn and Maori Hill villages and 8 mins drive to town including the Octagon, University, Hospital and Stadium.
Fully furnished open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with great views.
One large double bedroom also with the view and one smaller double bedroom, both with plenty of storage and linen included.
Bathroom is compact and includes a shower over bath.
There is plenty of on street parking and access is via some steepish steps and a path. Please consider this if you have any mobility concerns.
Private and sunny patio elevated behind the house, also accessed via some steps.
No pets, parties or smoking on the property.
