Spacious family home close to Eden Park (30 minutes walk) restaurants - Lord Kitchener English style pub food 5 minutes walk,
We have wooden floors in the living areas, which are easy to clean , fenced property - you can bring your well behaved dog.
Our Sandringham suburb is Auckland's Little India - many Indian restaurants in 5 minutes walk, Westfield Mall - St Lukes shopping, pharmacy supermarket are a 10 minute walk.
Gas BBQ and outdoor dining on large deck. Sunny, green garden with trampoline and jungle gym, great for kids. Modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Master bedroom has King size bed and ensuite. Queen bed in second bedroom, and 2 single beds (one is king single) in child's room.
