3 Bedroom House in Kelvin Heights
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with scenic lake and mountain views, we have a fenced large garden with a trampoline. The house is simply furnished and child friendly (we have boxes of toys/books available if required) There is a generous double garage and OSP. The property is very peaceful with great neighbours who are happy to help out with any questions. The house backs out to parkland with woods, a child`s playground, lakeside beaches, cycle and walking trails all a minute away.If a night out in Queenstown is what you feel like it is easy to drive over or get a water taxi which can drop you off a 5 minute walk from the house. We are lucky to get lots of sun in the winter months and our log burner keeps the house warm and cosy.The bedrooms are all provided with linen and a good size with heaters in them.We are a ten minute drive from Remarkables shopping centre and a twenty minute drive to Queenstown itself. For Skiers we are only a 5 minute drive to the Remarkables Ski access road so it`s an easy drive home avoiding waiting in traffic.Kelvin Heights is a relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of town traffic.We also have an very scenic 18 hole golf course and club house a 5 minute drive away from the house.
Special conditions:
Guests are requested to leave the house in a clean and tidy fashion as we do not charge a cleaning fee. We leave rubbish bags for rubbish to be disposed of and there is a recycling bin.We hope to get respectful guests who will take care of the property.We allow a maximum of 8 people at the property.
