Swimming and picnic spots in river that runs through town and nearby gorges. Variety of arts and crafts and sudios. Vintage car museum. Two golf courses, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, heated swimming pool (November- March). House is 2 minutes walk from town, river and bush walks. Sunny and warm. BBQ and outdoor area. Well equipped including children's toys. Double garage.
