Split over two levels you'll enjoy listening to the waves crashing and estuary peeks from your elevated position. The upper level contains a bright living area, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom, with private wrap around decks. Down stairs are a further bedroom, bathroom, laundry.

A large adjacent studio gives you plenty of space for family and friends, private decks, outdoor shower, fish filleting station, fire pit, Quad bike beach access through the rear gate of the property, plus a flat 799m2 tree lined section with ample room for the boat and, kids make this property complete.

Situated on the beach side at the Estuary end of Pukehina Parade, with estuary access mere metres away, everything is here to make those visions a reality.

Pukehina hosts two local shops for last-minute items, our local establishments: “The Store” for dairy, takeaways serving great fish & chips and a great selection of groceries or Monty's Licensed Cafe for great coffee and breakfast or a drink in the afternoon sun, live music some Friday and Saturday nights.

Pukehina is an untouched paradise, local activities comprise a tennis club, golf, surf club with red flags for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, boating and fishing clubs.

Centrally located, we are just a 15 min drive to Te Puke (past the golf club), 30 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga (via toll road), or 40 mins to Rotorua and Whakatane – all excellent roads. If you need to refuel the boat BP is just 5 mins away.

You will be met by our knowledgeable local agent. Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am (unless by prior arrangement)

*Please use beach access which is located at the back of the section.. to access the beach - or the beach access if you have a quad bike.
