Right on the beach this place is grand. Main bedroom on top floor has unobstructed view of Kapiti Island on North and Kaikoura Ranges in South Island on South. Walk down to the beach and enjoy the kayak on a calm day! The top floor also has a walk in shower and spa bath. There is work desk and a sofa bed too. Lounge, dining and kitchen with sea view in middle level. The other two bedrooms with sea view are on the ground floor with own deck and an outdoor spa. BBQ onsite and walk to cafe.

Summary: Lovely large modern house in a top location on the beachfront. Appreciated added extras such as spa and sea kayaks for guest use. Perhaps time for an upgrade of the BBQ and outdoor table/chairs which are not really usable. House beautifully clean on arrival and again midweek after servicing. Would have appreciated access to laundry facilities which for some reason was not available during our stay of 9 days. Overall highly recommend.
