Brand new, super sunny, family home with sea views. Located up on Riversdale terraces, the house has a lovely outlook with the ocean one side and farmland the other. Large plot with plenty of space for outdoor games.
Dogs are welcome if very well trained and confined to living area. There are usually sheep and cows bordering the property.
Golf course two minutes walk down the road, beach 700metres. Wrap around deck ensures a wind proof/shady spot to relax. Indoor and outdoor games and body boards available.
Under Kiwi bach traditions you are expected to clean the house and do the dishes before you leave, ready for other guest to enjoy.
