Positive: View and the atmosphere that the place creates. Perfect blend of comfort, modern conveniences, slightly rustic charm, warmth. Comfy bed, pristine linens.

Negative: Nothing. Although if there were screens on the windows we wouldn’t have used AC, and the wifi is sketchy in the bedroom.

Summary: Perfect beach vibe with all comforts and a beautiful view.
