This multi-level, cedar weatherboard and slate roof, 320 square meter lodge with floor to ceiling picture windows captures superb landscape and all day sun. With spacious versitile living areas leading to a step down snug with soaring stone fireplace, the perfect retreat is furnished with whole set new furniture. The well-equipped modern roomy kitchen and dining room lead to the north west wing with the seperate master suite on the upper level boasting a walk through dressing room and generous ensuite with rural view.
Two bedrooms offer bird's view of the entire Rotorua basin in every direction, the entire city, lake, forestry, Gandola Mountain and thermal area such as Te Puia and the other two bedrooms provides spectacular forest views.
Expensive lawn arear and the deck with sensational unobstructed landscape and outdoor table and chairs welcome guests basking in the sun, enjoyog the stroke of breeze, indulging in the beauty of rosy clouds in the morning and in the evening.
