Positive: Great amenities, especially the ability to purchase a variety of basic goods from reception and towel hire, setup was basic but good for price, place was incredibly clean and the bathrooms were clearly well looked after. Kitchen had great amenities and was also frequently cleaned. A lot of the issues came from the behavior of other guests being inconsiderate and not cleaning up after themselves. FANTASTIC central location almost beneath the sky tower and minutes from stores.
Negative: Becuase we were placed directly beside the TV room and reception area it was very loud, at times quite late into the night. A few more blankets or extra pillow would have been nice to have and made the beds much more comfortable. The room would benefit from a little more *something*, such as a second side table for the other bed or a floor lamp, and even a few travel posters or something would liven the room up a little as it has no window. A bin in the room would also be handy. Also someone stole our milk from the fridge despite it being labeled and dated, so that wasn't cool.
Summary: Get what you pay for, but pretty good for the price!
