Summary: Check in not welcoming just ok, room quite big, comfy bed and good shower with a small kitchen if needed for basics. In all fairness it was how it was described, mostly for camper vans and caravan’s which isn’t normally a place we would be drawn too as too much like a camp but this was good value in the area. We enjoyed the hot pools and location was good, a short walk into Rotorua.
