• Two external security cameras monitor driveway and front gate areas
• Outdoor areas to be respected and kept clean

• All farm buildings (sheds, barns, garages) are strictly off-limits to guests

• Two elderly horses on premises - do not enter animal paddocks
• Treat all fences as electric and shut gates, there are trough in all paddocks
• Tenants residing in separate cottage can provide assistance if needed
