The guest apartment unit is located under the main bach which has a separate entrance.
One large bedroom , full kitchen, bathroom. and TV lounge . The large bedroom can be separated with a curtain and has two single beds in the other half.
Great downstairs terrace with gas BBQ and outdoor table & chairs and large outdoor couches.
Nespresso coffee machines in kitchen.
Upstairs is very rarely occupied.
Plenty of off-street parking for the boat with Waikawau all tide boat ramp 6 minutes up the road.
