The retreat offers spacious bedrooms, each carefully designed for accessibility and comfort. Bedroom #1 downstairs offering two single beds, Bedroom #2 upstairs offering a King Bed or can be converted into two separate King single beds. Bedroom #3 upstairs offering two king single beds. An added bonus is the external cabin which consists of one queen bed and one single bed.
The bathrooms are elegantly designed with accessibility in mind. The downstairs bathroom provides a roll-in shower, grab bars, and ample space make these areas both functional and stylish. Upstairs the spacious bathroom provides ample room and functionality for everyone.
The most amazing aspect of this home is the expansive outdoor deck on the top floor. Two outdoor dining tables with plenty of room to enjoy the summer nights and BBQ. The glass balustrades give you an uninterrupted view of the estuary and the best spot to watch those beautiful Pukehina Sunsets.
Views of the Estuary with access directly across the road. Beach access is nice & close its just a short stroll to the beach. You can come on back to the Bach rinse off in the hot water outside shower.
The best of both worlds offering a serene view of the estuary one side - then literally a hop to the beach on the other side. Spoilt for choice!
* 2024 - This separate newly built dwelling is located adjacent at the front of the back property which will be empty at the time of your stay.
