Positive: Twin room was good and 221 located close to the ladies facilities also good if you need to get up in the night,the price was very acceptable,parking easy and security good

Negative: The bathroom shower cubicles had nowhere to sit and nowhere to put soap /shaving gear. The male toilets had no hooks to hang a coat. The TV lounge furniture is in need of renewal. We were only issued with one card to get in door so had to take it in turns to shower,otherwise everything regarding the accomodation was good ,however I had an issue with the pub food, my wife ordered the schnitzel and wanted to replace the chips and salad with just mash but we had to pay extra despite the same being possible for a steak.I ordered a Sirloin steak but found 1/3rd inedible as it was full of sinues /gristle , no apology was forthcoming or even a partial refund so overall it left a bad taste in my mouth
