The Break Pad is conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre and local supermarket. A short 5 minute drive will lead you to the redwood forest, thermal spas and many other attractions.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this spacious modern townhouse comfortably sleeps up to six people.

Split over two levels, the rooms are generously sized, allowing plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom on the upper level has it's own ensuite, complete with corner bath, great for relaxing after a big day exploring the trails or the city.

The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is spacious and comfortable. This area opens out on to a private courtyard where you'll find a BBQ and outdoor furniture - just perfect for alfresco dining.

For those needing to stay connected there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited) as well as a smart TV. Fresh commercial linen is supplied and there is off street parking for 2-3 cars. Bring the bikes along as there's room for those in the secure garage too.

The Break Pad is just minutes from the city centre. There are two other townhouses which share the same driveway, but no other facilities are shared. The internal access double garage will accommodate 1-2 vehicles and there's space for one additional vehicle outside the garage.

Victoria is a central residential suburb of Rotorua. It is close to the city centre and an array of attractions.

Taxi, bus and Uber services are available in Rotorua.
You could also walk to the city centre in 10-15 minutes.
