Positive: My expectations were very high for the Carlin, being 5 star accommodation. I was a little disappointed by a couple of things, which I will put in below. Overall, nice play to say but not value for money

Negative: At the price you pay, a bottle of champagne should be included. Exit signs weirdly included in the actual room. The TV's did not have access to streaming services. No alcohol in complimentary bar.

Summary: Lovely hotel but not worth the cost. Staff were excellent though.
