Perfectly sited on a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5-10 minute drive to everything Mangawhai has to offer, this brand new home has fantastic indoor and outdoor living. The house is tastefully decorated and well-appointed, and the sunny deck with a lovely rural outlook to the Brynderwyns is a great spot to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Mangawhai.
Perfect for a family or 2 small ones and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones cant wander. There is off-street parking for a couple of cars, and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property. The TV has a Chromecast so you can stream your favourite shows from your device and with a heat pump, full insulation and double-glazing it is cosy in winter. For coffee lovers there is a Nespresso so BYO pods.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
